Details of conditions to discharge
The submitted details have been assessed by Environmental Health and highways who consider them acceptable. This condition is hereby discharged on the basis ofDocument No UECSGH-SDX-Z4-ZZ-SP-X-1004-P01, dated 22.09.21 which confirms that the lx levels stipulated within the Guidance Notes for the Reduction of Obtrusive Light, Institution of Lighting Professionals will be complied with and drawing no's UECSGH-SDX-Z4-ZZ-DR-X-1401 P01, UECSGH-SDX,Z4-ZZ-DR-X-1402 P01 and Tamlite lighting details.

The car park deck shall not be brought into use until details of any external lighting to be installed on the new car park deck have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter only the approved details shall be implemented and installed on the building.
