  4. the provision of suitable bin collection facilities adjacent to the highway;
  5. the provision of suitable lighting arrangements; and
  6. the provision of street name plates that shall include the words 'Private Drive';
which have been agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Once constructed the private driveway shall be retained.

HC40 The travel plan, once approved and in place, shall be subject to monitoring on an annual basis for a period of three years from the approval date. The monitoring report on the impact of the travel plan shall be submitted to the local planning authority on the first of January each year following the grant of planning permission. All amendments to the approved travel plan identified as a result of the monitoring process shall be implemented and retained.

HC41 Any planning permission granted to the change of use application shall be for a temporary period of three years. After this time the effectiveness of the travel plan and the operation of the proposed use shall be assessed.

  5. storage of materials; and
