Highways have confirmed that the submitted details are acceptable and condition 8 is now satisfied.
Condition
8.
No development shall take place until details showing all highway works necessary to facilitate the development including; the relocation/removal/replacement of existing traffic calming features including provision (where appropriate) of bollards, amendments to existing on street car parking facilities and yellow lines, relocation/removal/of existing and provision of any new street furniture, removal of any redundant vehicle access points and footway and carriageway resurfacingÂ
to the areas of West Street and Gurnell Street fronting the development, have been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
