Details of conditions to discharge
The details shown on drawing 2180 100 are acceptable; this condition is hereby discharged. Condition 5.
No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority a plan indicating the positions, design, materials and type of boundary treatment to be erected/planted. The boundary treatment shall be completed/planted prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter.
The details shown on drawings 120 and WPL 14/94 (4 drawings), Fix Casement and Standard Cill Extensions are acceptable; this condition is hereby discharged. Condition 4.
No development shall take place until detailed drawings, at a scale of 1:20, of the proposed timber windows and external doors and have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The window details shall show sections, opening arrangements and glazing bar patterns. Details of the proposed materials and colour finishes shall be included. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
The details contained within the Traffic Management Procedure document (Reference HS135a) are acceptable; this condition is hereby discharged. Condition 8.
No development shall take place, including any works of demolition, until a Phased Construction Traffic Management Plan has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The Plan shall provide details of site access arrangements, all associated traffic movements, including delivery vehicles and staff/construction movements, any abnormal load movements, contractor parking and welfare facilities, storage of materials and traffic management requirements on the adjacent highway.

The approved Phased Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be adhered to throughout the construction period for the development.
In your supporting letter you allude to the brick which was approved in the construction of the dwelling under planning application PA/2017/1700, namely a Riverside from Traditional Brick and Stone; this brick is considered to be acceptable. In addition the proposed Sandtoft County Pantile is acceptable; this condition is hereby discharged. No samples are required for depositing at the Council Offices. Condition 3.
No development shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the building hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
