The details shown on drawing 2180 100 are acceptable; this condition is hereby discharged.
Condition
5.
No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority a plan indicating the positions, design, materials and type of boundary treatment to be erected/planted. The boundary treatment shall be completed/planted prior to the first occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter.

The window details shall show sections, opening arrangements and glazing bar patterns. Details of the proposed materials and colour finishes shall be included. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

The Plan shall provide details of site access arrangements, all associated traffic movements, including delivery vehicles and staff/construction movements, any abnormal load movements, contractor parking and welfare facilities, storage of materials and traffic management requirements on the adjacent highway.

In your supporting letter you allude to the brick which was approved in the construction of the dwelling under planning application PA/2017/1700, namely a Riverside from Traditional Brick and Stone; this brick is considered to be acceptable. In addition the proposed Sandtoft County Pantile is acceptable; this condition is hereby discharged. No samples are required for depositing at the Council Offices.
