Details of conditions to discharge
The highways department has considered the submitted details which are acceptable. Condition 12 is now discharged. Condition 12.
No development shall commence until details of the piping of the drainage ditch and the construction of the vehicular access to dwellings hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
The submitted brick and tile are acceptable and condition 3 is now discharged. Condition 3.
Prior to the development hereby approved commencing, details of the proposed facing and roofing materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
The highways department has considered the submitted details which are acceptable. Condition 8 is now discharged. Condition 8.
No development shall take place until details showing an effective method of preventing surface water run-off from hard paved areas within the site onto the highway have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. These facilities shall be implemented prior to the access and parking facilities being brought into use.
The biodiversity management plan is acceptable and condition 13 is now discharged. Condition 13.
No development shall take place until a landscape and biodiversity management plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The plan shall include:

- details of measures to avoid harm to bats and nesting birds during demolition, vegetation clearance and construction works;

- details of bat roosting features to be installed;

- details of nesting sites to be installed to support barn swallows, house sparrows and starlings;

- restrictions on lighting to avoid impacts on bat roosts, bat foraging areas, bird nesting sites and sensitive habitats;

- descriptions for trees, shrubs and mixed native hedgerows to be planted and retained;

- proposed timings for the above works in relation to the completion of the building;

- monitoring procedures and remedial measures triggered by monitoring.
