Environmental Protection have been consulted and are satisfied with the supplied details. Condition 1 is discharged on the basis of the following supplied details: Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) Demolition Works for Client: North Lincolnshire Council at Enderby Road, Scunthorpe, N Lincolnshire, DN17 2JL. Rev 2 – 12 November 2025.
Condition
No stage of the development shall commence until an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
