Details of conditions to discharge
The Conservation Officer has been consulted and visited the property and has taken a sample patch of the works. Condition 4 is discharged on the basis of the sample patch on 24/04/2024 and the confirmation email confirming the materials utilised within the mortar mix dated 24/04/2024.
Condition
The building shall be repointed in a lime mortar and a sample patch shall be prepared for consideration by the council’s conservation officer prior to the repointing works starting.
