Application Details
Highways have been consulted on the submitted information and raise no objection. This condition is discharged on the basis of the details supplied on the drawing 'Site Access Plan', ref: NE8681-AHR-ZZ-00-DR-L-90-011-C3, dated 16/10/2020.
Condition 10.Prior to any above-ground works taking place, details of the proposed pedestrian and cycle access from Home Street [shall] have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall not be brought into use until these have been provided in accordance with the approved details.
The case officer has reviewed the submitted information and raises no objection. This condition is discharged on the basis of the details supplied on the drawing ‘External Lighting Layout’, ref: NE8681-GHB-ZZ-00-DR-E-1100-P02, dated 05/01/2023.
Condition 19.Prior to the first use, an external lighting scheme of the private communal space shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority. It shall thereafter be retained.

Condition 20.Prior to any above-ground works, details of all external facing materials shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority. They shall thereafter be retained.
