Highways have been consulted on the submitted details and raise no objection. This condition is discharged on the basis of drawing no 142022-01-A - Footpath construction. The developer must ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved details prior to the sandwich/coffee shop coming into first use.Â

No above-ground works shall take place until details showing the provision of a footway to the unit has been submitted and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details shall include the surfacing and drainage of the footway and the development shall take place in accordance with the approved details prior to the sandwich/coffee shop hereby approved coming into first use.Â
