Within three months of the commencement of the development hereby permitted, a biodiversity metric assessment and biodiversity management plan shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The document shall include:

i) an assessment of biodiversity loss based on the habitat and hedgerow baseline from the submitted drawing ref: 1914 PL 101 Existing Site Plan;

ii) details of measures required to provide at least 1% biodiversity net gain in accordance with the Defra Small Sites metric, either on site or, to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority, off-site;

iii) details of bat boxes and nest boxes to be installed;

iv) details of trees, shrubs and plants for pollinators to be planted;

v) proposed timings for the above works in relation to the completion of the buildings.
