Details of conditions to discharge
Given the level of detail and information submitted, it is considered that the information provided is sufficient to discharge conditions 3 on PA/2023/105. Condition 3 is therefore discharged in accordance with the amended window details with drawing numbers K0000-BAT-EL-001 & K0000-BAT-SE-001, submitted 20/07/2023.
Condition
Detailed drawings of the windows hereby approved shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval prior to installation. Only the approved scheme shall be implemented unless otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority and once installed the windows shall be retained thereafter
The consultant conservation officer's comment is noted and taken into account in determining this application. The proposed window detail and scheme to be implemented ( white painted timber casement, with an appropriate level of detail) is an improvement to what is on site currently (a non-traditional window) and to what was requested by the enforcement department (leaded timber casement). It is considered that the level of details and information is sufficient to discharge this condition and requesting for any more details will be too onerous
