Part 1
Within three months of the date of this planning permission a health and safety management plan shall be prepared in liaison with the council's Ecology Team and health and safety department, and submitted to the local planning authority for approval in writing. The plan shall assess and address items including, but not limited to, potential risks associated with these open bodies of water, appropriate warning and safeguarding, proposed mitigation, appropriate signage and guarding if deemed necessary). Once approved the health and safety management plan shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained thereafter, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.Â
Part 2
Within six months of the approval in writing of the health and safety management plan, the applicant, or their successor in title, shall submit a report to the local planning authority providing evidence of compliance with the health and safety management plan.
