The LLFA Drainage officer has confirmed that based on the submitted details and given the scale of development, Condition 3 can be discharged. Condition 3 is therefore discharged. The developer may wish to carry out a deeper site investigation to confirm possible groundwater existence, but based on the scale of development the officer does not require this level of information.

Prior to the occupation or usage of the development, a detailed surface water drainage scheme for the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented in full prior to first being brought into use.
