Details of conditions to discharge
LLFA Drainage have been consulted on the submitted information and raise no objections. This condition is discharged on the basis of the information supplied on the drawings 'Drainage Scheme' ref:Â NE8681-CUR-ZZ-ZZ-D-C-92001-C02 and 'Runoff Management at Northern Boundary' ref:Â NE8681-CUR-ZZ-ZZ-SK-C-92001-P02, the Flood Risk Assessment, ref:Â NE8681-CUR-00-XX-RP-C-00001, dated 10/10/2022, the Notice of Approval from Severn Trent Water dated 12/01/2023, and the confirmation that the client/budget holder will contact a private company to carry out the maintenance to all surface water drainage features, frequency as per the Inspection & Maintenance regime contained within the document 'Drainage Maintenance Manual'Â Ref: NE8681-CUR-XX-XX-RP-C-00002 Revision: P01 Issue Date: 07 November 2022.
 Condition 25.
No development shall take place until a detailed flood risk assessment and surface water drainage scheme for the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The scheme shall be based on sustainable drainage principles and an assessment of the hydrological and hydroÂgeological context of the development. This must be based upon the submitted Surface Water Drainage Strategy, Section 4.1 to 4.5 of the C & S Design Report.
 Condition 25.
