Details of conditions to discharge
The information submitted with this compliance with condition submission shows that part of the foundations for the extension approved under the 2019 planning application have been dug and the photographic evidence of this has been provided, together with details of the Building Regulations application. In addition to this, it has recently been confirmed by Building Control (in an email from Steve De Boer, dated 03 October 2022) that works have commenced on site with foundations inspected by a Building Inspector on 01 August 2022 under Building Regulations application FP/2022/257. On this basis it is confirmed that condition 1 of PA/2019/839 has been complied with.
