Details of conditions to discharge
Historic Environment Record have been consulted on the proposals and recommend that the condition is discharged. This condition is discharged on the basis of the submitted archaeological evaluation report dated October 2020, trial trenching and borehole plan and archaeological desk based assessment and geophysical survey dated July 2018.
Condition
5.
The details submitted pursuant to the grant of outline planning permission (reserved matters) shall be preceded by the submission to the local planning authority of an archaeological strategy that provides the following:
(i) the results of the archaeological evaluation by trial trenching to be undertaken in accordance with the Written Scheme of Investigation for an Archaeological Evaluation, Land South of Moorwell Road, Yaddlethorpe, Bottesford, North Lincolnshire, September 2018, PCAS Archaeology Ltd
(ii) a written assessment of the significance of any archaeological remains within the site, and the impact of the proposed development
(iii) a further written scheme of investigation (WSI) for archaeological mitigation to be approved in writing by the local planning authority that provides the following:
- Â Â measures to ensure the preservation in situ, or the preservation by record, of archaeological features of identified importance
- Â Â methodologies for the recording and recovery of archaeological remains, including artefacts and ecofacts
- Â Â post-fieldwork methodologies for assessment and analyses
- Â Â report content and arrangements for dissemination, and publication proposals
- Â Â archive preparation and deposition with recognised repositories
- Â Â a timetable of works in relation to the proposed development, including sufficient notification and allowance of time to ensure that the site work is undertaken and completed in accordance with the WSI
- Â Â monitoring arrangements, including the notification in writing to the North Lincolnshire Historic Environment Record of the commencement of archaeological works and the opportunity to monitor such works
- Â Â a list of all staff involved in the implementation of the WSI, including sub-contractors and specialists, their responsibilities and qualifications.
