This is a compliance condition that does not require discharging by the Council.
Condition

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
- KH/001/1548/1 dated 03.07.20 - Layout Plan
- 1548/2 - Elevations and Floor Plan, and

Historic Environment and the case officer consider the proposed materials are acceptable. This condition is discharged on the basis of the details stated on the application form and the brochure details of the brick and roof tile.Â
