Details of conditions to discharge
Condition 5 requires the submission of materials samples. The submission is accompanied by a statement setting out the proposed materials and a photograph showing the materials as follows:
  • Anacaster Stone from a local quarry
  • Equitone “slate look-a-likeâ€� cladding with textured finish
  • Anthracite grey aluminium window frames with texture finish
  • “English Heritageâ€� mortar traditional lime mortar
The Council's Conservation Officer has reviewed the submitted information and has viewed the materials panel on site. The materials are considered to be acceptable. Condition 5 is therefore be discharged. Condition 5.
Prior to their use in the development hereby permitted, samples of the facing materials shall be made available for inspection on site and shall be approved in writing by the local planning authority. Development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details.
Condition 7 requires the submission of details relating to how foul and surface water drainage will be managed. The submission is accompanied by the following information:
  • Drainage Layout Plan (P-500-R-01)
The council’s drainage team have reviewed the submitted information and have confirmed it is acceptable. Condition 7 is therefore discharged. Condition 7.
Construction of the new dwelling above ground level shall not take place until details of the means of foul and surface water drainage have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Development shall proceed in accordance with the approved details.
