This condition is discharged on the basis of drawing no FR/171/39 and photograph of the 'Beverley' fencing received on 4 April 2022. The approved boundary treatment shall be implemented on the site in accordance with the approved details and retained.

No dwelling on the site shall be occupied until details of the positions, design, materials and type of boundary treatment to be built/planted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter, the agreed boundary treatment shall be implemented on the site in accordance with the approved details and retained.
