Details of conditions to discharge
The Council's ecologist has been consulted on the proposal and raises no objections. This condition is discharged on the basis of submitted survey report, EPS licence and biodiversity management plan. Condition 16.
No development shall commence until the local planning authority has been provided with:
 
- details of sensitive working methods to avoid harm to protected and priority species;

- the results of a bat activity survey of the building to be demolished; and

- for bats and great crested newts, either:
 
(a) a licence issued by Natural England pursuant to Regulation 55 of The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 authorising the specified development to go ahead; or
 
(b) a statement in writing from the relevant licensing body to the effect that it does not consider that the specified activity/development will require a licence.
