The LLFA Drainage officer has confirmed that based on the revised drawings and supporting documentation dated 17th August 2022, Condition 16 can be discharged. Condition 16 is discharged

No development shall take place until a strategy for the management of surface water drainage that includes the implementation of sustainable drainage systems, and their adoption and maintenance agreements, has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority.
