The submitted details are considered to be acceptable. The details agreed are:

 Condition 3.
Prior to their installation, details of the materials used for all openings, including windows and doors, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority.

The details submitted on drawing 2020-22/S01 Rev A are considered to be acceptable in regard to the above.
Condition

Notwithstanding the approved plans and prior to the erection of any boundary on site, elevation drawings showing the height and details of the material finish of all boundary treatments shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority.  The boundaries shall be retained thereafter.
