Details of conditions to discharge
The submitted borehole installation plan is considered to be acceptable and is hereby agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Please ensure that the additional monitoring borehole is in place prior to any other development taking place on site and that both the existing and additional boreholes are constructed and monitored in accordance with the approved installation plan in order to comply fully with this condition.
Condition
15.
Prior to the commencement of development, a borehole installation plan for the deepening of three existing groundwater monitoring boreholes and the installation of an additional groundwater monitoring borehole within the Unconsolidated Sands Aquifer shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The borehole installation plan shall include details of the design, logging and construction of the boreholes. No development shall take until the additional monitoring borehole is in place. Both the existing and the additional groundwater monitoring boreholes shall be constructed and monitored in accordance with the approved borehole installation plan.
