No new windows and new external doors shall be installed in the building until scaled drawings (drawn at 1:10 or 1:20) of the new windows and external doors together with a material and colour specification have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Thereafter only the approved scheme shall be installed on the site.
No development shall take place until samples of the external facing materials to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and only the approved materials shall be used.
