Details of conditions to discharge
The details shown on drawing BS/172/21 are acceptable, this shows the introduction of permeable paving to the driveway area of the dwelling (Plot 1). This condition is hereby discharged.Â

No above-ground works shall take place until details showing an effective method of preventing surface water run-off from hard paved areas within the site onto the highway have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. These facilities shall be implemented prior to the access and parking facilities being brought into use.

The following schedule of materials shown on drawing BS/172/04 for Plot 1 are considered to be acceptable; this condition is hereby discharged.Â

Tile- Terracotta double pantile with terracotta segmental ridge tile Condition 9.
Notwithstanding the details submitted on the planning application form, no above-ground works shall take place until details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority of the make, type and colour of all external facing materials for the development and only the approved materials shall be used.
