This condition has been discharged by the Council.
Condition
7.
Within one month of the date of this permission, a scheme for the extraction and filtration of cooking odours from the kitchen shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The scheme shall also provide details of the noise output of any extraction and filtration system and the details of any noise mitigation measures necessary. The approved scheme shall be implemented prior to commencement of the use and maintained thereafter.

Within one month of the date of this permission details of the proposed/existing boundary treatment to the southern and western boundaries of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented on the site within three months of the date of this permission and thereafter shall be retained at all times.
